Do you like the Live Messenger window? Window Live team has announced the availability of Web Messenger for Windows Live Hotmail. This enabled registered users of Hotmail for chatting with friends. Which had been closed before! But now, Singapore Window Live Messenger team launched a separate Live Messenger that lets users chat with friends, even without the use of Messenger.
In fact, this is lunch in Singapore users, but you can also enjoy the chat in different places, as I (Pakistan tested this service).

- Browser IE + Above, Firefox, etc
- You can use your existing Accounts, Live, Hotmail or even create new one
