- Download and extract 5:18 Build IDM v 4
- Perform the installation process on the file idman518.exe
- If you previously installed IDM can overwrite the old version and continue the installation with the installer file a new IDM
- After the installation process is complete, close / exit the program. Then use that IDM Patch.exe file a Full Version
- If you are using Windows Vista and Windows 7, run the Run As Administrator
- Next run the Patch.exe file
